How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
Do I need to mix the paints to get the right colors?
No mixing is required! We provide pre-mixed, custom-blended acrylic paints that correspond exactly to the numbers on your canvas for a seamless painting experience.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the unused kit in its original packaging for a full refund.
What happens if I run out of a specific paint color?
Don't worry! We provide extra paint in every kit. However, if you happen to run out due to heavy application, contact our support team and we will send you a replacement pot for free.
